How will I know my child needs pancreatic enzymes?

Showing symptoms of poor digestion and nutrient absorption is a sign your child may need pancreatic enzymes. These symptoms may include:

  • foul-smelling bowel movements
  • bloating
  • gas or stomach pain
  • poor weight gain despite eating well
  • mucous in the bowel movement

If your child has any of these symptoms, contact your child's doctor and discuss treatment options such as pancreatic enzymes.
