How does AtroPen interact with other medications and foods?

When it is used with pralidoxime, the AtroPen (atropine) effects may occur much earlier than normal. Some drugs should not be used while you are poisoned with an organophosphate nerve agent or insecticide. These drugs include morphine, succinylcholine, reserpine, phenothiazines, theophylline and aminophylline. Use barbiturate drugs with caution in combination with atropine.
