Can my child take promethazine injections?

Your child may be able to take promethazine, but you should first talk to your child's doctor. Children under the age of two should not take promethazine injections. Children two and older should be given the lowest dosage of promethazine injections. Talk to your child's doctor about whether the medicine is appropriate for your child.
