Do not take dexlansoprazole delayed-release capsules if you are allergic to any component of the drug or if you are taking atazanavir or dasatinib. The medicine may also be avoided by those who have bowel cancer, liver and stomach problems or are pregnant or breastfeeding. This drug has not been approved for children under 18 years of age.
