Tell your doctor of all the medicines, supplements, or vitamins that you take (prescription or over-the-counter) as any drug has the possibility to interact with other medicines. If you take any of the following medicines, you may not be able to take Prevacid SoluTab (lansoprazole). If you are able to take Prevacid SoluTab, your doctor may need to adjust dosing for one or both medicines or may need to monitor you for side effects.

  • ampicillin
  • atazanavir
  • clopidogrel
  • digoxin
  • ketoconazole
  • blood thinners like warfarin
  • vitamins, drugs or supplements that have iron
  • theophylline
  • dasatinib
  • delavirdine
  • erlotinib
  • mycophenolate ofetil
  • nelfinavir
  • acenocoumarol
  • aluminum carbonate, hydroxide, or phosphate
  • calcium carbonate
  • cranberry
  • dicumarol
  • dihydroxyaluminum aminoacetate or sodium carbonate
  • dihydroxyaluminum sodium carbonate
  • magaldrate
  • magnesium carbonate, hydroxide, oxide, or trisilicate
  • phenprocoumon
