How should I use a vaginal anti-fungal suppository?

The vaginal anti-fungal suppository should be placed high up in the vagina by using the applicator that comes with the package. Follow your doctor's instructions. If you are pregnant and your doctor approves of your use of a vaginal cream or suppository, insert the applicator gently and do not force the applicator. Call your doctor if you feel resistance. Avoid douching and using tampons. You may want to wear a sanitary napkin to bed so that it does not stain your clothes.
