What drills incorporate multiple football skills?

Increasing your movement in all directions must be made a priority to excel in football. Drills that require you to sprint, shuffle, backpedal, and crossover run are all great. Merging multiple (if not all) skill sets into one drill makes for even more applicable training. The square drill and the LEFT test provide a multi-demanding scenario that all football players need. You must remember the importance of staying low and keeping your arms moving for the entire drill.
