High-arched feet tend to be shorter in length than a foot with normal arches. Someone with high-arched feet may experience pain and fatigue in the feet, particularly after walking or running. High-arched feet may lead to deformities like claw foot and hammer toe. They may also cause foot drop, a condition in which the front of the foot cannot be raised while walking.
