Should I eat rapidly growing, genetically modified salmon?

We’re not big fans of pout fish because they are bottom eaters. This increases mercury risk and they tend to eat soy or cornmeal. It is also unclear whether the fat that is healthy now will be equivalent in the genetically modified fish.
