The best alternative treatment for a soy allergy is to just be keenly aware of what you eat. Make sure to avoid soy products by reading food labels and asking restaurant employees about the soy content of their food. Because the FDA requires that food manufacturers list soy on their labels, it should be easy to identify products made with soy. Along with monitoring your diet, there are a few other alternative treatment options. These include acupuncture, which can promote immune health, and vitamin supplements, which can make up for nutritional deficiencies caused by avoiding foods with soy.
