What is Prozac Weekly?

Prozac Weekly is a delayed-release version of Prozac (fluoxetine), a prescription drug used to treat depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic attacks and other conditions. Prozac Weekly comes in capsule form and is mainly used to treat depression.

Unlike regular versions of Prozac, including generic fluoxetine, which are taken once or twice a day, Prozac Weekly only needs to be taken once a week.
