Who should take Levaquin?

Levaquin is for people who are suffering from bacterial infections. This antibiotic can specifically treat those with pneumonia, chronic bronchitis, or other infections, such as sinus infections, urinary tract infections, or kidney infections. In more extreme and rare conditions, Levaquin can also prevent and treat anthrax. In some cases, Levaquin is used to treat certain sexually transmitted diseases and endocarditis, an infection in the lining of the heart.
