What should I avoid while using Vigamox?

Avoid wearing contacts while taking Vigamox; your eyes will not be able to heal as well if you are wearing them. You also may want to stop wearing eye makeup, as any cosmetics that touch your eyes while they are infected could reinfect your eyes when you use the cosmetics in the future. You should throw away any cosmetics you used on or near your eyes immediately before or while you had pink eye. Pink eye is also very contagious, and you should avoid situations in which you could spread it to others. Talk to your doctor about any medications you use while taking Vigamox, especially any other eye drops. You may need to stop using them during treatment or change the times you use them each day.
