What are the risks of using Vigamox?

People who have allergies to Vigamox or similar medications should not use it. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should discuss with their doctors the risks involved in using Vigamox as should parents of children under one year of age. Keep your eye drops as clean as possible, because allowing any bacteria inside the container could counteract the antibiotic effects. People who wear contact lenses will need to wear glasses while their eyes are healing. Also, be sure to use only uncontaminated eye cosmetics and contact lenses after your infection goes away. Like all antibiotics, Vigamox should be used according to your doctor's instructions and for the full course of treatment.
