There are many factors that may be affecting your performance. Some examples include:
  • Past injuries (ankle sprains, knee ligament, low back, shoulder/rotator cuff, strains, tendonitis, etc)
  • Past surgeries
  • Chronic conditions (cardiovascular disease, hypertension, high cholesterol, stroke, lung, obesity, diabetes)
  • Medications (stimulants, depressants, etc.)
