How should I break in custom-made orthotics?

Orthotics are created from top-notch materials that will be effective, long-lasting, and require little maintenance for its users. For the orthotics to have optimal effects, they need to be properly used. At first, they should be worn only in one pair of shoes. Additionally, on day one, they should be worn only for two hours. Each day, an hour should be added. The orthotics may not be comfortable at first as they take about two weeks to adequately mold to your foot.
