How should I remove a bee's stinger?

A bee’s stinger should be scraped off the skin, not squeezed. Using a set of tweezers to pinch and remove it may inject more venom into the skin. (This answer provided for NATA by the Eastern Kentucky University Athletic Training Education Program.)
