How effective is pregabalin?

Studies of pregabalin for chronic nerve pain show that up to 50% of people get at least moderate improvement. Pregabalin may also be helpful for nerve pain when combined with other drugs. Pregabalin has not been proven to be helpful for other types of pain, such as arthritis pain.
