Does pregabalin interact with any other drugs?

If you are taking an ACE inhibitor, a central nervous system depressant, rufinamide, or a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, pregabalin may not be a good option for you.

If you are taking azelastine, orphenadrine, paraldehyde, or thalidomide, pregabalin can lead to side effects and should be avoided.
