What are the symptoms of fallopian tube cancer?

Dr. Jeanne Morrison, PhD
Family Practitioner

The symptoms of fallopian tube cancer include vaginal bleeding or discharge, which may be pink, white, or transparent, abdominal pain or pressure, and bloating. You may also have a noticeable mass in the abdomen or pelvic region. A constellation of all of these symptoms (including the discharge, pain, and a mass) is characteristic of fallopian tube cancer, although it is very rarely seen. Much of the time, the symptoms of fallopian tube cancer are vague and ill defined.
