While many of your fallopian tube cancer treatment side effects are uncomfortable, most are not serious. However, some people do experience allergic reactions to the chemotherapeutic agents used, paclitaxel and carboplatin. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include itching, rashes, fever, dizziness, shivering, headache, and trouble breathing. If you experience any of these symptoms, it is very important to talk to your doctor or nurse so that any potential allergic reaction may be addressed. As chemotherapy can reduce your body's ability to fight off infections, it is also important to speak to a doctor if you experience fever or you feel unwell.
