A facelift surgery will usually take anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on what is done. If you also do brow and lids it can take longer.

Facelift surgery times depends on the extent of the procedure. Times can vary from 1 hour to up to 7 or 8 hours. Mini-lifts can be performed in less than 2 hours. On the other hand, full extensive facelifts (rhytidectomy) with a neck lift and tightening (platysmal plication) may take 8 hours.
