Newborn eyes are about 18 millimeters in diameter, which is anywhere from two-thirds to three-quarters of the fully-grown adult size. Most eye growth occurs in the first year of life and by the time you're three (unlike your vocabulary and manners), your eyes are mostly fully developed.
