Can cataract surgery cause double vision?

It is unlikely that the double vision is from movement of the implant, but it is possible.  You need to be evaluated by a medical eye doctor so you should call your original surgeon for an appointment.  Most double vision is from a lack of coordination between the two eyes and is not related to the cataract surgery and it would not be helped by laser surgery.
