What are the symptoms of astigmatism?

Vision with astigmatism is blurry or out of focus in some places. One plane of vision, like horizontal lines, could be clear while another plane, such as vertical lines, could be out of focus. Each eye might have different symptoms. For some people, blurriness causes eye strain which might result in a headache. Overall, symptoms of astigmatism are mild and fixable.
