How is the eye cancer ocular lymphoma treated?

Chemotherapy is a common form of treatment for ocular lymphoma. The drugs are usually taken orally, which has the advantage of combating any of the cancer that may have spread to other parts of the body. Often a group of drugs is used simultaneously. Another category of drugs contain antibodies, some of which also have radioactive particles attached to them. These drugs directly target and kill the cells responsible for the lymphoma. Surgery is not used.
