Can an eye allergy affect my vision?

An eye allergy is usually not serious and won't affect your vision. However, with a certain type of eye allergy called vernal allergic conjunctivitis, corneal ulcers may occasionally develop. These sores can sometimes cause permanent vision problems. See your doctor if you have eye allergy symptoms.
