What sites are used for skin fold measurements?

Different sites may be used for skin fold measurements depending on which calculation is being used.  The National Academy of Sports Medicine often uses the four-site Durnin-Womersley calculation measuring the biceps, triceps, subscapula (below the shoulder blade), and the iliac crest (front hip bone).  Additional measurement sites may include the chest (on a male), the abdomen (near the belly button), the quadriceps, and the calf.
