Common side effects of Enjuvia include: breast tenderness, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea, cold symptoms, tight muscles, gas, stomach upset, changes in weight, changes in desire for sex, dizziness, depression, dark spots on the face and changes in hair growth. Serious side effects that require prompt medical attention include: allergic reactions (facial swelling, itchy rash or trouble breathing), mental changes, severe leg cramps, unusual vaginal bleeding or discharge, breast lumps or pain, chest pain, changes in vision or speech, swelling of hands or feet, and yellowing of the skin or eyes.
