Side effects of taking very high doses of pancrelipase delayed-release capsules are joint pain, fever or chills, shortness of breath, blood in the urine and swelling in your calves or feet. It is important to check with your doctor if you have any of these more serious side effects. Pancrelipase delayed-release capsules can also cause a serious allergic reaction called anaphylaxis. If you have trouble breathing or swallowing and your hands, face, or mouth swell, seek emergency medical care.
