The treatment of adrenal tumors is based on a whether it is benign, malignant or indeterminate. If it is a confirmed cancer or there is much doubt then after appropriate medical preparation the definitive treatment is surgical removal either laparoscopically or open depending on size. Depending on the final pathology, adjuvant chemotherapy may be needed.
