Eat, move and sleep are natural ways for a man to increase his testosterone level.

Weight loss can make your testosterone levels go up. You may lose weight because of surgery or by reducing the number of calories in your diet. Proper nutrition helps a man increase his testosterone level. 

The more exercise you get, the higher your testosterone levels will be. It doesn't really matter how you do it. Any activity that gets your heart rate up is going to improve your testosterone levels.

Sleep has a big effect on testosterone. Men need sleep to recharge testosterone levels. When a man is in a very deep rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) will surge. LH is the hormone that at signals the testicle to make testosterone. If you never get into deep REM sleep, you're never going to get your testosterone levels up to normal. Low testosterone is often seen in shift workers and those who work overnights. If you're not sleeping, you're not making testosterone. However, if you're not making testosterone, you're not sleeping as well either. It becomes a vicious cycle.
