Who should take Premphase?

Women with an intact uterus who are experiencing vaginal symptoms and hot flashes associated with menopause should take Premphase. The progesterone in Premphase will protect them against the increased risk of uterine cancer associated with estrogen replacement. Women with an intact uterus who are at increased risk of osteoporosis should also take Premphase.
