Who should not take clomiphene?

Do not take clomiphene if you think there's any chance you might already be pregnant. You should also talk to your doctor before taking clomiphene if you are breastfeeding or have:
  • any form of thyroid or adrenal disease
  • been experiencing vaginal bleeding
  • endometriosis or endometrial carcinoma
  • uterine fibroids
  • liver disease
  • ovarian cysts (other than those linked to polycystic ovarian syndrome)
