What should I tell my pharmacist before taking clomiphene?

Tell your pharmacist about any medications, nutritional supplements (including vitamins) or medicinal herbs you are taking. Also, let your pharmacist know if you have ever had:
  • liver disease
  • ovarian cysts, unless they were due to polycystic ovary syndrome)
  • uterine fibroids
  • abnormal vaginal bleeding
  • a pituitary tumor
  • thyroid or adrenal disease
