Samsca negatively interacts with numerous medications including Accupril, Accretropin, acetaminophen, Adalat, Bactrim, benazepril, Cozaar, Cotrim, Dolmar, Diovan, E-Mycin, Monopril, Ocella, Primsol, quinapril, ramipril, and Tao. If you take vitamins, herbs, or nutritional supplements, such as St. Johns wort, you should consult with your doctor before taking Samsca.
