Which best prevents colds: vitamin C, echinacea or larch arabinogalactan?

Vitamin C and echinacea are both popular supplements. However, medical research has found little benefit for echinacea. A recent meta-analysis, a collective review of multiple studies, also found mixed results for vitamin C. Research suggests that larch arabinogalactan has 2 times more immune benefit than vitamin C.
