  • probiotics: kimchi, raw sauerkraut, yogurt, dairy kefir, coconut water kefir, fermented soy (tempeh, miso, natto)
  • prebiotics: Jerusalem artichoke (sunchokes), chicory root, asparagus, oats, raw honey, barley, flaxseeds (ground), onions
