Foods rich in probiotics have a very positive impact on our gut health, and fermented foods are key. In this video, neurologist David Perlmutter, MD, explains how fermented foods strengthen the gut and gives examples of foods to include in your diet.
 Yogurt with live cultures, fermented soybean paste (miso, tempeh), sauerkraut, probiotic-fortified soy milk, and certain fermented cheeses are all good examples of probiotic-rich foods.
