Larch arabinogalactan is found in very small quantities in a wide variety of foods including carrots, radishes, pears, corn, wheat and tomatoes. But unfortunately, it is not possible to get enough by consuming these foods alone. The easiest way to get a meaningful quantity of larch arabinogalactan is through supplementation. Fortunately, there are supplements that have been developed by extracting larch arabinogalactan from the Larch tree.
