You should not use Cortrosyn if you are allergic to it or are taking certain prescription medications or live vaccines. Tell your doctor if you have kidney disease. If you are pregnant or become pregnant while using Cortrosyn, talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of its use. It is not known whether Cortrosyn can pass into breast milk. If you are breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before using.
