The most common side effect of Amphadase is redness, itching or swelling at the injection site. Call your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following symptoms:
  • hives
  • difficulty breathing
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue or throat
These can be signs of an allergic reaction to Amphadase.
