What are the parts of a continuous glucose monitor?

CGM systems are made up of three components, a sensor, a transmitter and a monitor.  The sensor and transmitter are literally inseparable in action. The monitor is separate from the sensor and the transmitter. You’ll need to decide how you want to carry your monitor, and where you want to locate your sensor and transmitter site.
