Technically difficult cosmetic procedures are more likely to have problems than simple ones. Rhinoplasty has the greatest chance of a poor result, with about 15% of patients requiring a revisionary procedure. Liposuction has a revision rate of 5-10%. Of course, skilled surgeons will have fewer poor results and poorly trained surgeons will have more bad results. Choose your surgeon wisely.
