Start in the basic push up position with one hand on the ball; make sure to keep your core engaged and your spine in neutral alignment. Perform a push up and as you come up to fully extended position place both hands on the ball and perform another push up with both hands on the ball, as you come up to the fully extended position again, transition the original hand off the ball so now only your other hand is on the ball. Perform one more push up again making sure to keep your core engaged and spine neutral.
