How do I foam roll my hamstrings?

    Place a foam roll under your hamstrings with your hips lifted off the floor.  To increase pressure, you can cross one leg over the other or simply allow one leg to lie beside the leg on the foam roll.  Slowly roll up and down the hamstring, applying prolonged pressure on tender spots for roughly 30 seconds.
