What should I bring with me to my first chiropractic appointment?

When applicable, take any recent diagnostic reports or copies of previous test results (e.g. MRI, X-ray or lab reports). A list of medications you are taking--including prescription and over-the-counter medications as well as nutritional supplements--can also be helpful to the doctor of chiropractic when evaluating your condition and planning your care.
