Can I have cataract surgery if I had Bell's palsy?

Yes, cataract surgery can be performed after the Bell's Palsy has healed, whether that's completely healed or even if you have been left with permanent symptoms.  The Bell's Palsy should not stand in the way of regaining good eyesight after cataract surgery.
