What is TDCIPP?

TDCIPP is a member of a family of chemicals known as chlorinated alkyl phosphates. It is routinely used as a fire retardant in polyurethane foam manufactured for upholstered furniture, automotive cushioning and infant goods like changing table pads and nursing pillows. TDCIPP is considered a cancer-causing fire retardant.
