To cook meat in a healthy way that can reduce risk of breast cancer recurrence, try broiling, poaching or roasting. These cooking methods do not add extra fat. Normal roasting is safer than grilling because cooking meat at high temperatures over an open flame can cause the formation of cancer-causing compounds.
